Start with the house, not a generic showroom layout
Homes in and around Marple include stone and brick terraces, semis, bungalows and detached family homes. That matters because room proportions, wall construction, floor levels, window positions and existing service routes can change what is practical. Our approach is to measure the existing space, understand how it is used and then build a specification around the property rather than forcing every home into the same template.
For Marple projects, a useful design priority is creating practical rooms that feel appropriate to the scale and character of the property. Typical opportunities include storage-led kitchens, comfortable bathrooms, utility areas and flexible living spaces. A site visit also helps identify the less visible work that can affect cost, particularly measuring carefully around older walls and floors that may not be perfectly square or level.
