Start with the house, not a generic showroom layout
Homes in and around Eccles include Victorian terraces, semis, family houses, apartments and newer developments. That matters because room proportions, wall construction, floor levels, window positions and existing service routes can change what is practical. Our approach is to measure the existing space, understand how it is used and then build a specification around the property rather than forcing every home into the same template.
For Eccles projects, a useful design priority is upgrading older rooms while keeping plumbing and electrical changes controlled. Typical opportunities include kitchen storage, effective extraction, shower areas and durable tiled finishes. A site visit also helps identify the less visible work that can affect cost, particularly surveying older pipework, drainage and wall condition before the room is stripped out.
