Start with the house, not a generic showroom layout
Homes in and around Sale include Victorian and Edwardian homes, inter-war semis, family houses and apartments. That matters because room proportions, wall construction, floor levels, window positions and existing service routes can change what is practical. Our approach is to measure the existing space, understand how it is used and then build a specification around the property rather than forcing every home into the same template.
For Sale projects, a useful design priority is creating calm, efficient family spaces with enough storage for everyday use. Typical opportunities include kitchen-dining layouts, utility solutions and bathrooms with layered lighting. A site visit also helps identify the less visible work that can affect cost, particularly checking drainage, ventilation and structural work early when layouts change.
